The story of EFM Centric Finance begins with the vision and passion of Fridell, our founder. From a young age, Fridell showed a natural talent for numbers and a deep curiosity to understand how finance works in the real world. This passion led her to earn a double bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance at Florida International University, and later, to specialize with a master’s degree in Accounting with a focus on Real Estate at Nova University.
With over 18 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation, Fridell has worked in a variety of roles that have allowed her to hone her skills and knowledge. Her career quickly took off, leading her to leadership positions in financial analysis and strategic planning. In these roles, Fridell has been the driving force behind key financial decisions, using her deep knowledge in GAAP, financial reporting preparation, forecasting, and CAM reconciliations for commercial and industrial properties across the country.
But beyond the numbers and the reports, what truly sets Fridell apart is her commitment to her clients. She founded EFM Centric Finance with one goal in mind: to empower small and mid-sized businesses with financial strategies that not only improve their efficiency, but also drive their long-term growth and sustainability.
